Music is the international language, and every culture every people uses music to share its story. Folk music, in particular, unites us not only across cultures, but it also tells us something about our own culture --- how people think, interact and live in the village or the city, in the new world or the old. And the only thing better than listening to music is making music.

Join us as we share American cultural heritage by singing American folk songs together. It’s a fun way to learn the language and understand the culture. We’ll have music available, but if you have a song you’d like to sing or learn – bring it and we’ll sing it together. If you play an instrument, bring that too, and we’ll enjoy the accompaniment.
